We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes. Deviousness
Although `DEVlANT joined our community only a year ago, he's made sure to make his mark in as many ways as possible. Critiques
Its wrong, we know it is, the Eiffel Tower should not be there but its only in his comments do you realise its a copy from the US and that makes the image all the more compelling.
The use of light and tones is superb, just the right amount of light cast against just the right amount of shadow. The black and white conversion helps this and Yoshi was right in converting it, too much would have been lost if left in colour.
The details are there to see matched by the details within the clouds that draws the eye up through the image giving the viewer the feeling of being dwarfed by these structures.
Perfect.
